负性阻抗(负电阻)具有以下特征:
- 总是呈现为负性。
- 负性阻抗的绝对值随着CSHUNT静电容增加而下降。
- 负性阻抗的最大可实现绝对值(在gM(MIN)R处)随着CSHUNT静电容的增加而下降。
- 负性阻抗的绝对值必须大于晶振电路的有效电阻才能发生振荡。通常负性阻抗的典型或标称绝对值应大于晶振电路有效阻抗的四倍。
