A TCVCXO is a Temperature Compensated Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator. Temperature compensated means that the resonant/oscillation frequency of this crystal oscillator is less affected by a rise in temperature.

When compared to a regular VCXO (Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator), the resonant/oscillation of a TCVCXO’s will deviate less as temperature rises or changes. So a TCVCXO will require a smaller voltage control range to get back to its stable oscillation frequency when used in environments where the temperature varies.

与常规VCXO（压控晶体振荡器）相比，TCVCXO的谐振/振荡会随着温度的升高或变化而偏差较小。因此，TCVCXO在温度变化的环境中使用时，需要较小的电压控制范围才能恢复到稳定的振荡频率。
